According to employees of the postal operator, service issues are being observed in all regions of the country. Customers are complaining about the inability to locate packages in the database, complicating their retrieval.
On the evening of September 2, as reported by a correspondent from OBOZ.UA, there were issues at ‘Nova Poshta’ branches with searching for packages in the database.

Due to the technical difficulties, payment for services at branches has become available only in cash, and card payments are not possible. Numerous complaints about the mobile application, website, and parcel lockers have surfaced on social media. Users note that they cannot log into their personal accounts and retrieve packages from parcel lockers, significantly complicating the process of receiving shipments.
