A newly built mill factory capable of processing 130 tons of raw materials per day is up for sale in Chernihiv Oblast, along with grain storage facilities with a capacity of over 20,000 tons. The price of the property is $2.6 million. The mill, located 30 km from Chernihiv, occupies a total area of 3.5 hectares and includes over 11,000 square meters of production and storage space, ensuring the production of high-quality flour. There are also plans for the construction of an elevator with a total capacity of up to 27,500 tons.
