The Ukrainian industrial company INTERPIPE has been successfully supplying railway wheels to the American PATH high-speed train system for over seven years, connecting downtown New York with four suburban cities across the Hudson River.

PATH is an important railway route with a total length of 22 km, and a daily passenger flow exceeding 220,000 people, including tourists and residents of the metropolis. For this transport service, INTERPIPE supplies railway wheels with a diameter of 711 mm, which meet the American standard AAR M107/M108. The products are equipped with special noise-absorbing rings that reduce train noise levels in urban conditions, making trips more comfortable for passengers and residents of surrounding areas.

As noted by Oleg Vodolazhskyi, the leading sales manager for railway products in the American and Asian markets, the long-term collaboration with PATH has confirmed the company’s reliability as a supplier.

INTERPIPE is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian industry, producing steel pipes and railway products that are exported to more than 70 countries worldwide. The company has an extensive network of trading offices in key markets in the Middle East, North America, and Europe. In 2025, the company sold 470,000 tons of pipe products and 89,000 tons of railway products, represented under the KLW brand.

The total number of INTERPIPE employees is about 9,500, of which more than 1,150 serve in the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies. Over the past year, the company paid a record 5.566 billion UAH in taxes and fees to budgets of various levels, demonstrating its significant contribution to the country’s economy.
