Who Can Access Online Registration for Military Service
The Reserve+ service allows young men born in 2009 to register by July 31 of the current year. Additionally, men aged 18 to 59, including those outside Ukraine, can utilize this new feature if they have not previously registered for military service and possess a biometric Ukrainian passport (ID card) or a biometric foreign passport.
It is important to note that registration via Reserve+ can only be done for the first time. Individuals who have already been removed from the register, as well as women, must contact the TCC in person.

- Download or update the Reserve+ application to the latest version.
- Log in to the service.
- Select the “Register” function.
- Wait for the automatic review of your application.
After confirming your registration, a unique Reserve ID will appear in the app: for citizens aged 17–24 — with the status of “Conscription Candidate,” and for men aged 25–59 — “Military Obligation.”
