Registering for services at the MVS service centers in Ukraine has become easier thanks to the implementation of the electronic system “E-registration”. Now citizens can choose a convenient time for their visit by registering online through the website or mobile application.

Six Tips for Successful Registration at the MVS Service Center
- Plan Ahead. Register as early as possible — this increases your chances of choosing the optimal time for your visit. It is better to register a few days in advance.
- Choose the Morning. In the first half of the day, the system is less busy, making it easier to find available time slots at the nearest service center.
- Install the Mobile Application. The official “E-registration” app is available for free on the App Store and Google Play. It simplifies the booking process.
- Turn Off VPN. Using a VPN may slow down the loading of the MVS website pages. For better system performance, it is recommended to disable the VPN.
- Register at Any Center. You can choose any MVS service center, regardless of your place of registration. If there are no available slots in your city, check other locations.
- Contact the Call Center. If you have questions, call (044) 290−19−88 — specialists will assist you with registration, document lists, and details.
“The number of registrations through both the app and the website is limited — 4 registrations per month. For legal entities, there is a limit of 4 registrations per current day. If the number of registrations is exceeded, a message may appear stating ‘The registration limit has been exceeded for the specified applicant data.'”
Instructions for Using the “E-registration” App
To register, you need to:
- Download the “E-registration” app from the App Store or Google Play;
- Complete electronic identification through id.gov.ua;
- Select the “Register for Queue” or “E-Queue” tab on the main page;
- Specify the required service, choose the service center, date, and time from the available options.
The app sends notifications about the scheduled visit both in the app and via email. For individuals, online registration is available 21 days in advance.
You can cancel your registration on your own no later than 2 hours before the visit. If your plans change, after canceling the previous registration, you can register again approximately 30 minutes after the system updates.
