In the second quarter of 2025, the cost of housing in Ukraine significantly increased compared to the same period last year. According to statistics, the overall increase in apartment prices was 14.9%.

Price Dynamics in the Primary and Secondary Markets
The highest price increase was recorded in the primary real estate market. Here, prices rose by 16.7%. At the same time, the secondary housing market also saw a significant increase – by 13.9%.
Changes in Prices by Apartment Types
One-bedroom apartments in the primary market increased in price by 16.6%, while in the secondary market, they rose by 14.2%. Two-bedroom apartments also saw a considerable price rise: in the primary market – by 16.7%, and in the secondary market – by 14.2%. Three-bedroom apartments increased in price by 15.5% in the primary market and by 13.6% in the secondary market.

The growth in housing costs is observed across all market segments, indicating strong demand and the influence of market factors on price formation in the Ukrainian real estate market.
