Negotiations with Fiverr were kept under wraps for some time, which was necessary to implement a transition period and finalize administrative procedures.

Although the official amount of the deal is not disclosed, experts estimate it to be in the range of $9 to $14 million. Scalamandra founder Ilya Podavalkin stated that his company received a share of no less than $1 million. Podavalkin also announced his exit from the business to pursue new projects. Meanwhile, the head of Digis, Mykyta Nahatkin, has remained with the organization formed after the merger.

New AI Investments from Ukrainian Entrepreneurs

At the same time, Ukrainian tech entrepreneur Vadym Rohovskyi, who works in the USA, has raised $2 million to develop his artificial intelligence-based platform EVE. This platform connects to users’ emails, helps find missed or forgotten leads, and tracks current opportunities to accelerate deal closures. The plan is for the service to achieve $1 million in revenue by July 2026, for which it needs to attract around 200 clients.
