The National Bank of Ukraine has set a new official exchange rate for the hryvnia against major foreign currencies. As of January 6, the official exchange rate of the US dollar has increased by 13 kopecks, amounting to 42.42 UAH per 1 dollar.

The European currency has also shown changes: the official exchange rate of the euro on January 6 is 49.51 UAH. This is 6 kopecks less than the previous day. According to the NBU, the Polish zloty costs 11.74 UAH.
Currency Quotes in Banks and Exchange Offices
There is a slight difference between the buying and selling rates at currency exchange points. Today, the dollar is bought at an average of 42.4 UAH and sold at 42.1 UAH. As for the euro, it is bought at 50 UAH and sold at 50.2 UAH.
