It is worth noting that since the onset of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, martial law has been in effect and general mobilization is underway, with reports of conflicts during notification and document checks periodically appearing in the media. Authorities and military representatives believe that part of the negative information regarding mobilization is disseminated as part of the Russian Federation’s information-psychological operations.
