The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) plans to allocate a loan of up to €50 million to the company Nova Poshta from the Nova group. The funding is intended for the implementation of part of the capital investment program for 2025–2026, which aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s development strategy in Ukraine during the war.

Main Development Directions of the Company
As part of the approved development strategy, Nova Poshta plans to invest funds in improving physical infrastructure, optimizing and expanding the branch network, modernizing IT systems, enhancing energy management practices, and restoring human capital. The total cost of the investment project amounts to €69.1 million.
Scope of Activities and Importance of the Project
According to the EBRD, Nova Poshta is the largest private operator of postal and courier services in the Ukrainian market. The company’s network encompasses over 12,000 branches and 27,000 parcel lockers, serving more than 11 million customers across Ukraine each month. The proposed project, which has currently undergone final review and awaits final approval, will be the fifth collaboration between the Nova group and the EBRD.
