A powerful Arctic cold snap is expected to hit Ukraine at the beginning of February, bringing nighttime frosts down to -24°C. According to the forecast from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, weather conditions will change significantly starting February 1 due to the intrusion of a cold air mass of Arctic origin.
