The Ukrainian company “Ukrstal Construction,” which specializes in the production of building metal structures, has announced its intention to expand its presence in the Bulgarian market. During a meeting with a delegation from the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, company representatives expressed their interest in participating in the country’s infrastructure projects.

During the negotiations, the Bulgarian side emphasized the strategic importance of Ukraine for the Bulgarian economy and expressed a desire to expand bilateral economic partnership. In particular, the Ministry of Economy of Bulgaria highlighted the importance of developing cooperation and readiness to facilitate the participation of Ukrainian companies in large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Discussion of Investments and Joint Projects

The parties discussed in detail the possibilities for investment cooperation, the creation of industrial clusters, and the development of industrial zones in Bulgaria. Special attention was given to the prospects of participating in municipal investment programs and the development of the North-South transport corridor, which could become an important direction for both countries.

During the meeting, representatives of “Ukrstal Construction” presented successfully implemented projects in the metallurgy, energy, oil and gas sectors, as well as in the field of infrastructure and commercial construction. The company emphasized its potential for further production expansion and expressed its readiness to partner with Bulgarian construction, energy, industrial, and logistics firms.
