British Support Strengthens Ukraine’s Defense

According to the head of government, the allocated funds will be directed towards the purchase of Rapid Ranger anti-aircraft missile systems and lightweight multi-role Marlet missiles. This enhancement of combat capabilities will allow Ukraine to more effectively counter air threats and strengthen its defense against attacks from Russia.

“With this funding, we plan to acquire Rapid Ranger air defense systems and lightweight multi-role Marlet missiles. This will significantly strengthen our air defense and our ability to stop the enemy,” said the head of government.

Unprecedented Drone Assistance and Strategic Cooperation

In addition, in June, the UK announced a “record aid” package for the supply of drones worth £350 million. Thanks to these resources, Ukraine will receive 100,000 modern drones by the end of 2025, significantly enhancing reconnaissance and defense effectiveness on the battlefield.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine thanked British partners for their unwavering support, which contributes to the pursuit of a just peace.
