The production facilities of the Naftogaz Group in the Sumy region have once again come under attack from Russian military forces. Over the past day, the enemy launched drone strikes, resulting in significant damage to the company’s infrastructure and the outbreak of fire.

Coordinated Efforts of Rescuers and Naftogaz Employees
The fire that broke out after the attack was quickly extinguished through the joint efforts of Naftogaz employees and the State Emergency Service units. Thanks to the prompt response, there were no casualties among the people.

Series of Attacks and Consequences for Gas Production
This marks the fourth consecutive day that Russians have deliberately targeted Naftogaz’s production facilities. On March 26 and during the night of March 27, a gas production facility in the Poltava region came under fire. As a result of the attacks, equipment was damaged, and the enterprise temporarily ceased operations.
On March 28, the aggressor struck again at Naftogaz facilities in the Poltava region. This time, the attack resulted in tragic consequences – one of the company’s employees was killed.
