Online Payment of Fines for Military Personnel Launched in the Reserve+ App

A new feature has been introduced in the Reserve+ app: military personnel can now pay fines online for the late updating of personal data. A special offer is available until July 16, 2024 — fines can be paid with a 50% discount.

Initial Features of the New Service

At the initial stage, the service allows payment only for fines related to the late clarification of personal data. In the future, developers plan to expand the functionality and add the ability to pay other administrative fines related to military registration.

“Online fines are a service to address an issue that previously required a personal visit to the TCC or police intervention. In Reserve+, we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative — just as it already works in Ukraine with other administrative fines,” emphasized Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization.

How to Use the New Service

To use the service, it is necessary to update the Reserve+ app to the latest version. Next, in the “Online Fines” section, you need to submit an application for recognition of the violation. Within three days, the user will receive a response from the TCC, after which the option to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH, which is 50% of the total amount, will become available. After payment, the violation and the red mark will be automatically removed from the app.

It is important to pay the fine within 20 days from the moment of receiving the decision in Reserve+. If the payment is delayed, the full amount of 17,000 UAH will have to be paid. If the fine is not paid within 40 days, its amount will double to 34,000 UAH, and the case will be transferred to the enforcement service.

The Ministry of Defense notes that the implementation of fines in the app is being carried out in stages to evenly distribute the load on the service. A full launch is expected in the coming days.
