The National Bank of Ukraine has published the official exchange rates for Thursday, June 4, 2026. According to the updated data, the exchange rate of the US dollar has increased by 1 kopeck compared to the previous day, while the euro has decreased by 14 kopecks.

According to the established values, the official exchange rate for 1 US dollar will be 44.34 hryvnias (compared to 44.33 hryvnias as of June 3). The exchange rate for 1 euro on June 4 is set at 51.52 hryvnias (for comparison, on June 3 it was 51.66 hryvnias).
Forecast of the Hryvnia Exchange Rate in the State Budget
The Ukrainian government is already incorporating an average annual exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar at 45.6 UAH per dollar in the draft state budget for 2026. This figure is used for planning key macroeconomic parameters and calculating future budget revenues and expenditures.
