An Office and Production Center Will Be Built in Lviv on 2.8 Hectares at the ‘Termoprylad’ Site

An extensive development project is planned in Lviv on the territory of the private joint-stock company “Scientific and Production Association ‘Termoprylad’ named after V. Lakh” located at 3 Naukovaya Street. A modern office and production center is to be constructed on an area of 2.8 hectares, rising five stories high.

Features of the Future Development

The construction project was presented at a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council on April 24. During the review of urban planning conditions and restrictions, the main parameters of the future complex were discussed in detail. The planned building will feature a glass facade that aligns with modern architectural trends, as well as a rooftop terrace to create recreational space.

Development of Lviv’s Business Infrastructure

The implementation of the project aims to develop the industrial-office infrastructure on the territory of the operating enterprise. The company ‘Termoprylad’ has been in operation since 2003 and has among its shareholders Nazariy Huka, Vasyl Yarmolyuk, Yarema Huka, and Oleg Lakh. The new center will contribute to the activation of business life and strengthen the economic potential of this area of Lviv.
