A new feature has been implemented on the Diia portal, allowing enterprises in the defense industry and companies critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reserve specialists, even if they have discrepancies in their military records.

Features of Reserving Employees through Diia
From now on, enterprises can temporarily reserve their employees for a period of up to 45 calendar days. During this time, the specialist has the opportunity to correct inaccuracies in their records, while the enterprise can continuously carry out important defense tasks.
“This is about the temporary reservation of specialists for a period of up to 45 calendar days. During this time, the employee can rectify their records, and the enterprise can continuously ensure the execution of defense tasks.”
Who Can Take Advantage of This New Opportunity
This service can only be utilized by those enterprises that are included in the Unified Register of Defense Industry Enterprises or have the status of being critically important for meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Applications can be submitted online by managers, signatories, or authorized representatives of such companies through the Diia portal.
It is expected that the implementation of this service will allow defense enterprises to more quickly engage the necessary specialists and maintain the continuity of production processes that are vital for enhancing the country’s defense capabilities.
