The National Bank of Ukraine has lowered the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia by 8 kopecks. As of November 3, 2025, the US dollar is priced at 41.89 UAH per dollar, according to information published on the NBU website.

Dynamics of Major Currency Rates
The official exchange rate of the euro has also decreased: it currently stands at 48.4 UAH, which is 11 kopecks less compared to the previous banking day. The Polish zloty has lost 5 kopecks, and its official exchange rate is now 11.37 UAH.
Situation in the Cash Currency Market
In the cash market, exchange offices offer the dollar at a price of 41.85 UAH, while they buy it at an average of 42.5 UAH. As for the euro, it is being purchased at a rate of 48.75 UAH, and sold at 49.35 UAH.

Thus, a decrease in the rates of major currencies is observed in both the interbank and cash markets in Ukraine.
