Which Modes of Transport Lead in Freight Transportation

The largest share of the transportation structure is made up of rail transport, which delivered 34.8 million tons of goods over the three months. In second place is road transport with a figure of 32.4 million tons. The remaining volumes are accounted for by other modes of transport, whose share in the overall structure remains insignificant.

Thus, despite the slight decrease, rail and road transportation remain the foundation of freight logistics in Ukraine in 2026.
