Price Distribution for Rentals by Districts of Odesa
The highest rental price for one-bedroom housing is recorded in the Primorsky district: here, the rent averages 15,000 hryvnias per month. In second place for cost is the Kyiv district, where the average price reaches 10,000 hryvnias. Closing the top three is the Khadyzhbey district with an average rental cost of 7,000 hryvnias.
The most affordable one-bedroom apartment rentals are offered in the Peresyp district, where the average asking price is 6,700 hryvnias per month.
Rental Prices for Two- and Three-Bedroom Apartments
The average prices for renting two-bedroom apartments in Odesa are distributed as follows:
- Primorsky district — 21,100 hryvnias;
- Kyiv district — 12,000 hryvnias;
- Khadyzhbey district — 9,000 hryvnias.
For three-bedroom apartments, the prices are as follows:
- Primorsky district — 35,900 hryvnias;
- Kyiv district — 14,000 hryvnias.
