Regional Differences in Pension Amounts

The highest average pensions are traditionally recorded in Kyiv — 9,864 UAH. The lowest payments are received by pensioners in the Ternopil region — on average 5,612 UAH. Only in eight regions of the country do pension levels reach or exceed the national average.
