In 2025, the government supported 13 industrial parks with a total of ₴900 million

In 2025, support for the development of industrial parks in Ukraine significantly intensified: the government provided funding to 13 industrial sites totaling approximately 900 million hryvnias. The final project of the year was the decision to co-finance the industrial park “City of Warehouses” in Kyiv region, which will receive 8.345 million hryvnias from the state for the construction of gas supply networks on its territory.

Investment Projects and Distribution of State Aid

The Ministry of Economy approved the allocation of funds for the implementation of 22 infrastructure projects within 13 industrial parks in 2025, amounting to 697.771 million hryvnias. In addition, two parks, for which support decisions were made last year, received an additional 202.91 million hryvnias in funding.

Among the initiatives that received the most state support, the following industrial facilities stand out:

  • “Fruit Industry” (Bukovina) — 150 million hryvnias;
  • “KIT” (Kyiv region) — 147.719 million hryvnias;
  • “Striy Valley” (Lviv region) — 63.877 million hryvnias.

New Industrial Park in Khmelnytskyi Region

In 2025, a new facility was added to the register of industrial parks — Art Pak Industrial in Khmelnytskyi region. The industrial site will occupy over 10 hectares and attract investments of over 400 million hryvnias. The main focus of the new park will be the production of paper products.

Overall, this year the Ministry of Economy approved the provision of state support to 13 parks for the implementation of 22 infrastructure projects totaling ₴697.771 million. An additional ₴202.91 million in funding was received by two parks, decisions on which were made last year.

As of today, 115 industrial parks have already been registered in Ukraine, indicating a steady demand for investment and the development of the country’s industrial infrastructure.
