A unified digital portal has officially launched in Kyiv, bringing together open data and analytical tools for residents, businesses, journalists, and government authorities. From now on, important information about the capital can be accessed on a single platform.

Features and Benefits of the New Service
The portal has been created in accordance with international accessibility standards, ensuring that it can be used by everyone, including people with disabilities and those with limited mobility. The resource was presented by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Valentyn Mondryivskyi, the Director of the ICT Department, Viktoriya Itskovych, and the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Office, Dmytro Zahumenniy.
“The resource is aimed at residents, analysts, journalists, and businesses, providing quick access to structured data and transparent indicators of the city’s performance. The portal has been created according to international accessibility norms, so that everyone can use it.”
What Information Does the Portal Contain
- Analytics and Interactive Maps: available data on shelter locations, air alerts, public transport routes, queues for kindergartens, city fairs, and citizen inquiries at 1551.
- Data on Building Accessibility: information for people with disabilities and those with limited mobility.
- Analysis Tools: the ability to download and analyze data, create custom services, and make management decisions based on current statistics.
Previously, the digital service “Kyiv Digital” updated the interactive “Resilience Map,” adding new locations and expanded filters for quickly finding points with heating and electricity supply in the capital.
