Availability and Benefits of the Digital Service
The updated service covers not only regular suburban routes but also the City Express network. This significantly simplifies travel planning for students who use rail transport daily. The innovation is already operational in 19 regions of Ukraine, making it accessible to most areas of the country.
How to Purchase a Discounted Ticket in the App
To use the service, a student needs to select the required route in the app, add information about their discount, enter their student ID details, and pay for the order. After completing the payment, the discounted ticket appears in the app within just a few minutes. This approach helps avoid queues, simplifies the process of one-time or regular ticket purchases, and increases the transparency of the benefits system.

Previously, Ukrzaliznytsia also launched the ability for people with disabilities to purchase discounted tickets for inclusive carriages entirely online. Previously, it was necessary to visit the ticket office at the station in person, which created additional difficulties. The company’s new digital solutions contribute to creating a barrier-free environment for all categories of passengers.
