Destruction of Military Equipment and Logistics Facilities of the Russian Federation

In particular, in the Borovenky area of the captured part of the Luhansk region, Ukrainian troops destroyed a launch unit of the S-300V anti-aircraft missile system. A strike was also carried out on the command and observation point of one of the Russian military units near Vasylivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Furthermore, according to the General Staff’s report, several facilities that support the logistics and functioning of the occupying army were hit:

  • material and technical supply depot and ammunition depot in the Dubivske area (Luhansk region);
  • repair unit of the artillery brigade near Yakymivka (Zaporizhzhia region);
  • an echelon of fuel and lubricants in the Dovzhans’k area (Luhansk region).

“Indeed, a material and technical supply depot and an ammunition depot in the Dubivske area (temporarily occupied Luhansk region), a repair unit from the artillery brigade in the Yakymivka area (temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region), as well as an echelon of fuel and lubricants in the Dovzhans’k area (temporarily occupied Luhansk region) were hit.”

Strikes on Crimea and Significant Russian Losses

Another successful strike was the attack on a radar station of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system in the Sevastopol area on the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.

The General Staff confirmed that as a result of the strike on a field artillery depot in the Shyroka Balka area of Donetsk region on March 11, over 6,000 munitions of various types were destroyed.

No official comments have been received from the Russian command regarding these losses so far.

Since the onset of full-scale aggression against Ukraine, Russian regions and temporarily occupied territories have increasingly been subjected to strikes and drone attacks. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, such operations are part of systematic measures aimed at reducing the combat potential of the Russian occupying forces and compelling the Russian Federation to cease its aggression against Ukraine.
