The Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun using a special computer program to optimize food supply processes. The implementation of this digital tool has been confirmed by territorial recruitment and social support centers, citing official information from the command.

SKP UPPS: Features and Goals of Implementation
This refers to SKP UPPS — a specialized system that has been officially approved for use in military units. It is designed for tracking food products, generating supply requests, and compiling menus. The program is already being integrated into the operations of units, defining it as a key digital tool for organizing food supply.
SKP UPPS was developed to unify approaches to food accounting and planning, as well as to reduce dependence on manual calculations and paper documentation. Previously, various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine used a range of tools — from paper logs to electronic spreadsheets, complicating control and reporting. The launch of the system aims to replace these disparate approaches with a single standard.
Functional Capabilities of the New Program
SKP UPPS covers all main stages of the food service operations in military units. Among its key functions are:
- tracking food products in units;
- generating food supply requests;
- automated menu compilation according to established norms;
- rapid generation of reporting documentation.
Territorial recruitment centers emphasize that the system does not change the food norms themselves but organizes the processes of their calculation and accounting.
Users of SKP UPPS include heads of the food service of military units, who are responsible for daily planning, accounting, and reporting on the food supply for personnel. The implementation of the digital system aims to reduce the workload on these specialists and minimize manual work.
After the launch of SKP UPPS, menu calculations are faster, the volume of paperwork has decreased, risks of technical and arithmetic errors have been reduced, and a single accounting standard has been introduced for all units.

The effectiveness of the program will depend on the accurate input of data and strict adherence to procedures in the units.
SKP UPPS was created by servicemen of the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces designated as the customer and administrator of the system. The coordination of the implementation is carried out by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine through the Center for the Transformation of Defense Resource Management Processes.
In the territorial recruitment centers, it is additionally noted that the system is part of a large-scale digitalization of internal procedures in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Information about the functioning of the program and its results will be analyzed further, and the system itself may be improved based on practical experience in military units.
