Ukraine has received over 187 million UAH from the privatization of state property: auctions for the sale of Budfarfor and a pipe factory are being prepared

Україна заробила на приватизації держмайна ще понад ₴187 млн. До кінця року уряд розраховує продати 115-річний комбінат Будфарфор та трубний завод.

Ukraine continues its active program of privatizing state assets, which allows for significant funds to be attracted to the state budget. In the first week of December, the State Property Fund successfully sold five objects at auctions, bringing 187.42 million UAH to the state.

Largest lots of December: Lviv LHZ and Slavuta’s Budfarfor

The most significant contribution to the budget came from the sale of the “Lviv Liquor and Vodka Plant.” As a result of the bidding, the price of this asset reached 176.79 million UAH, making it the most expensive lot in early December.

In the coming days, the State Property Fund plans to hold another 30 online auctions for the privatization of various objects. One of the key lots will be the Slavuta Budfarfor plant, located in the Khmelnytskyi region. The auction for the sale of this enterprise, founded in 1909, has already been scheduled for the third time on December 10, with a starting price of 207.6 million UAH. The complex, which specializes in the production of porcelain sanitary ceramics, includes 38 real estate objects with a total area of over 80,000 square meters.

Sale of the pipe factory and a company linked to Russian business

A repeat auction for the sale of the “Kalush Pipe Factory” (starting price — 136.5 million UAH excluding VAT) and the managing company “Trading House Eurotrubplast” (54.2 million UAH) has also been announced for December 23. Both assets were previously owned by a Russian oligarch. The Kalush plant specializes in the production of pipes and profiles made of plastics, and its production capacity exceeds 25,000 tons of plastic pipes annually.
