In August 2025, the Ukrainian IT services market showed a decline in export revenue to $540 million. This is $15 million less than in July, when the export volume was $555 million. Compared to last year, the August IT export figure remains higher: in August 2024, the export amounted to $507 million, which was one of the lowest results of the year.

IT Export Dynamics Over Recent Years
In total, for the eight months of 2025, Ukraine exported IT services worth $4.305 billion, surpassing the same period in 2024, when this figure was $4.259 billion. A comparative analysis shows that in August 2023, the export volume was $566 million, in August 2022 it was $621 million, and in August 2021 it was $594 million.
Market Trends and Features in 2025
Analysts note that in January 2025, the export of IT services from Ukraine fell below $500 million for the first time in a long time, compared to consistently high results throughout 2024. Since then, export volumes have remained at no less than $535 million each month.
