Analysts have analyzed the financial results of the largest companies in Ukraine, whose annual turnover exceeded ₴1 billion. The total revenue of 1,253 such enterprises last year reached ₴7.92 trillion. Notably, nearly 35% of this amount was generated by the top 100 companies in the ranking.

Public and Private Leaders of the Ukrainian Market
Among the ten most powerful companies in the country, seven are state-owned enterprises. These include giants such as “Energoatom,” “Naftogaz of Ukraine,” “Naftogaz Trading,” “Ukrnafta,” “Ukrzaliznytsia,” and “Ukrgasvydobuvannya.” At the same time, the top three largest private companies are energy trader D.Trading, the supermarket chain “ATB-Market,” and the retail chain “Silpo-Food.”

According to the analysis, the largest gross revenues were generated by companies from the following sectors of the economy:
- Wholesale Trade (281 companies) – ₴1.48 trillion
- Retail Trade (126 companies) – ₴987.7 billion
- Electricity Trading (48 companies) – ₴704.3 billion
- Food Industry (153 companies) – ₴636.6 billion
- Mining Industry (37 companies) – ₴499.8 billion
- Agricultural Sector (131 companies) – ₴499.7 billion
- Gas Trading (12 companies) – ₴374.9 billion
- Oil and Oil Products Trading (61 companies) – ₴344.3 billion
- Electricity and Gas Distribution (27 companies) – ₴228.7 billion
- Defense Industry (16 companies) – ₴201.3 billion
- Transport (16 companies) – ₴192 billion
- Gas Production (12 companies) – ₴155.6 billion
- Metallurgy (22 companies) – ₴267.3 billion
- Petrochemicals (6 companies) – ₴104.8 billion
- Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals (41 companies) – ₴109.9 billion
