The company “AVR Trembita” became the winner of the auction for the privatization of a 93% stake in the “Kalush Pipe Plant,” located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The buyer will pay 68.27 million hryvnias for the asset, which corresponds to the starting price of the lot excluding VAT. It is worth noting that “AVR Trembita” was registered only in December 2025 and was the sole participant in the bidding.

History of the Plant and Auction Details
Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court made a decision to confiscate the “Kalush Pipe Plant” from the Russian oligarch Myron Horilovsky. The enterprise specializes in the production of pipes and profiles made of plastic, and its production capacity exceeds 25,000 tons of plastic pipes annually.
“AVR Trembita,” which was registered in December 2025, was the only participant in this auction.
New Plans of the State Property Fund
At the same time, the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced a repeat auction for the sale of a 93% state stake in the enterprise “Eurotrubplast Trade House” (Ivano-Frankivsk region). This company is engaged in wholesale trade of equipment for the extraction industry and construction, particularly polyethylene pipes. The authorized capital of the enterprise amounts to 58.33 million hryvnias.
