The State Property Fund has announced a privatization competition for the sale of the unique property complex of the state enterprise “Ukrkolorprom” in the city of Dnipro. The object has a total area of over 1,370 square meters, and the starting price of the lot is 42.697 million hryvnias (excluding VAT). The auction for the sale of this complex is scheduled for January 22.

Favorable Location and Commercial Potential
The buildings included in the lot are primarily located in the central district of Dnipro. Nearby are convenient transport links, social infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, shops, and parks. The complex in Dnipro includes an administrative building with an area of 305 square meters and non-residential premises with a total area of 288 square meters. Additionally, in the city of Zhovti Vody (Dnipropetrovsk region), there are production facilities with an area of 776 square meters.

The State Property Fund emphasizes that purchasing this object opens up prospects for developing various business directions due to its advantageous location and significant area of real estate. The complex can be used to establish an office, logistics, or production hub.
As noted by the SPF, acquiring this object is an opportunity to obtain a large volume of commercial real estate with a favorable location and potential for creating a profitable office, logistics, or production hub.
At the same time, an auction for the privatization of 99.99% of the shares of one of the largest chemical enterprises in the country – “Sumykhimprom” – was supposed to take place earlier on January 13. However, due to the lack of applications from potential participants, the auction did not take place, despite a starting price of 1.088 billion hryvnias.
