From 2022 to 2024, the revenue of Ukraine’s hotel industry increased by 440%, reaching ₴44.4 billion, according to data from Vkursi Market BI. In 2024, the 30 largest market players generated ₴8.5 billion.

The highest revenue was recorded by hotels in the capital, which collectively earned ₴28.1 billion. This is due to the high concentration of business activity and events in Kyiv. The Ivano-Frankivsk region came in second, where hotels generated ₴5.1 billion. Lviv region earned ₴4.9 billion, Zakarpattia — ₴1.3 billion, and Odesa region — ₴939 million.
Among market players, the company “Parktur” from Ivano-Frankivsk region stands out, as its revenue exceeded ₴1 billion. This company manages most of the hotels in “Bukovel.” However, this is 64% less compared to 2023, when net revenue reached ₴2.9 billion.
As of today, there are 3,017 registered companies in Ukraine engaged in the hotel business and other forms of temporary accommodation. In 2022, the industry’s revenue was ₴8.2 billion, and in 2023 it increased to ₴15.3 billion, representing an 86% growth.
