In March 2026, the average price of agricultural land in Ukraine reached 77,153 UAH per hectare, which is 10.6% higher compared to February of this year.

Price Dynamics and Land Sales Volume
Despite the noticeable increase, the March price did not exceed the January record, when the average price per hectare was 95,768 UAH. Market activity also remained high: nearly 24,000 hectares were sold in March, marking the highest figure since the beginning of the year.
Regional Price Characteristics for Land
The highest land prices in March were recorded in Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the average cost per hectare reached 173,500 UAH. Kyiv region ranked second with a price of 161,600 UAH per hectare.
Meanwhile, the cheapest agricultural land could be purchased in Kherson region for 35,700 UAH per hectare, in Zaporizhzhia region for 41,800 UAH, and in Sumy region for 42,000 UAH respectively.
