The state share package of the enterprise ‘Vinnytsiapobutkhim’, confiscated from a Russian citizen, will be put up for a privatization online auction on August 13. The starting price of the lot is 301.4 million UAH excluding VAT.

Characteristics of the ‘Vinnytsiapobutkhim’ Lot
The enterprise specializes in the production of soap, cleaning agents, as well as cleaning and polishing products. The lot includes 25 real estate objects with a total area of 31,364 square meters, located on four land plots with a total area of 4.1 hectares.
Sale of the Historic ‘Budfarfor’ Factory in July
An auction for the sale of the state enterprise ‘Budfarfor’, located in the city of Slavuta, is scheduled for July 23. This factory is one of the oldest manufacturers of sanitary products in Europe: it was founded in 1909 and specialized in the production of porcelain sanitary ceramics, including toilets, cisterns, and sinks. The starting price for auction participants is 207.7 million UAH.
The industrial facility includes 38 buildings with a total area of over 80,000 square meters. Since 2003, the enterprise has been leased, with the last tenant being the company Geberit. After completing the construction of its own logistics center in Slavuta, Geberit terminated the lease of the old production premises.
‘Budfarfor’ was founded in 1909 and produced porcelain sanitary ceramics (toilets, cisterns, sinks, etc.).
