Main Trends in the Construction Industry

Among the main trends observed in the construction industry are:

  • the restoration of damaged infrastructure;
  • the rise in prices for construction materials;
  • demand for energy-efficient and modular homes;
  • the continuation of the

    program, which stimulates demand for housing.

It is noted that in 2025, the cost of housing in new buildings may increase by 15-25%, especially in large cities. Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and the Lviv region are likely to remain leaders in volumes, but Zakarpattia and the Ivano-Frankivsk region may grow due to tourism development and demand from internally displaced persons. Attracting investments and enhancing the competitiveness of construction companies will be key factors in the further development of the industry.
