The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate for Monday, December 15. According to the regulator’s data, the Ukrainian national currency continues to show a trend of strengthening against both the US dollar and the euro.

Hryvnia Exchange Rate Against Major Foreign Currencies
The official exchange rate of the US dollar is set at 42.19 hryvnias per dollar. Compared to the previous banking day, the hryvnia has strengthened by 8 kopecks. The official exchange rate of the euro is recorded at 49.47 hryvnias per euro, indicating an increase of 5 kopecks for the hryvnia against the European currency.

Dynamics in the Interbank Market
In the interbank currency market of Ukraine, by 16:00, the exchange rates for the hryvnia against the dollar were 42.17/42.20 UAH/dollar, and against the euro – 49.45/49.47 UAH/euro. This confirms a slight strengthening of the national currency against the backdrop of a stable situation in the country’s financial market.
