In May 2025, construction will begin on a new shopping center, Skelya, in the city of Stryi, Lviv region. This facility will be the largest in the city, with a total area of over 25,000 square meters and a rental space of about 21,500 square meters. For the convenience of visitors, a parking lot for 300 cars is planned. Currently, there is only one large shopping center operating in Stryi — “Stryi City,” which has an area half that of the planned shopping mall. The full opening of Skelya is expected to take place between July and September 2026, featuring a variety of retail segments. The developer is currently intensifying the search for tenants for this property.
