A Modern Meat Processing Plant Avesterra Group Opens in Volyn for €60 Million

A new modern meat processing complex has commenced operations in the Volyn region, created by the Ukrainian company group Avesterra Group. The enterprise has become one of the largest investment projects in the industry in recent years: the amount of investment exceeded €60 million, and the production area reaches nearly 30,000 square meters.

Production Capacities and Innovations

The new plant is capable of processing up to 13,500 broilers per hour. The industrial complex includes 11 sites for poultry farming, its own feed mill, and a modern meat processing workshop. The production is fully automated and meets international standards, allowing Avesterra Group to compete with leading European enterprises.

Future Plans and Export Potential

Avesterra Group plans to expand production, including the establishment of its own incubator and increasing its land bank. Today, the company employs over 1,500 staff. By 2026, the company’s goal is to increase its export share to 20%. The main potential for further development is seen in the countries of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
