In the industrial park «Formation.Lviv», located on the outskirts of Lviv, active construction continues despite the challenges of war. The park, registered in 2023, has nearly completed the first phase of construction, which covers 30,000 square meters of industrial real estate. It is expected that the first productions will start operating in the park as early as the third quarter of this year.

The industrial park currently has seven resident manufacturers. Among them are: «Lakma», which specializes in the production of plastic caps, «Pojmashina» – a manufacturer of specialized equipment, Dodo Socks – a sock manufacturing company, and USP, which produces Ukrainian sandwich panels.
Concept and Development Plans
When planning the industrial park, the concept of «full-cycle infrastructure» was established, which envisions a complete technological process – from production to the sale of finished products. According to forecasts, all phases of construction will be completed by 2028, and over 50 enterprises will operate in the park, engaged in processing in the light and food industries, machine engineering, printing, metalworking, textiles, and other sectors. This will create about 3,500 new jobs.
Last year, the industrial park received ₴114 million in state funding for the development of engineering infrastructure. It is expected that total investments in «Formation.Lviv» will exceed ₴5 billion.
