The Singapore platform DigiFT, specializing in real-world tokenized assets (RWA), has announced the successful raising of $11 million in a new funding round.

Key Investors and Expansion Strategy

The investment round was led by the Japanese financial group SBI Holdings. Other notable market players such as Mirana Ventures, Offchain Labs, Yunqi Partners, Polygon Labs, and others also participated in the funding. With this new round, the total investment in DigiFT has reached $25 million.

According to the company, the funds raised will be directed towards developing infrastructure for tokenized assets, as well as expanding the range of investment products in the categories of equities, debt instruments, alternative financial tools, and cryptocurrencies.

Innovative Solutions and Collaboration with Market Leaders

DigiFT plans to create new on-chain solutions for real assets and develop infrastructure to enhance the efficiency and compatibility of capital. The company is already collaborating with leading financial institutions, including Invesco, UBS Asset Management, CMB International, and Wellington Management.

DigiFT offers institutional clients a full range of services—from asset tokenization to distribution—allowing for the effective integration of traditional asset management with innovative on-chain finance.
