Restoration and Stabilization of the Energy System

To stabilize the operation of the energy system in Kyiv, as well as in Kharkiv, Poltava, and Sumy regions, emergency outages have been implemented. All regions of Ukraine are currently operating under scheduled hourly power outages. Additionally, in most regions, power restrictions for industrial consumers and businesses continue to be in effect.

Restoration crews are working to eliminate the consequences of the attacks to restore electricity supply to residents of the affected regions as quickly as possible. Energy workers urge citizens to be understanding of the temporary restrictions and to follow safety rules during emergency outages.
