The accident occurred at 14:12 when a systemic failure in the network led to a mass power outage for subscribers. Specialists have already begun addressing the consequences to restore electricity supply to the settlements in the region as quickly as possible.
“At 14:12, due to a systemic accident in the network, 90% of subscribers in the region were left without power,” the statement reads.
