Cashback Payments for February 2026: Over 4.46 Million Ukrainians Receive Funds

On Tuesday, April 7, payments under the state program “National Cashback” for February 2026 began. Monetary deposits to special accounts in the “Diia” app will be received by over 4.46 million citizens who have accumulated at least two hryvnias in bonuses.

This is reported by Finway

“The agency emphasized that this is the last cashback for Ukrainians calculated at a fixed rate of 10% on all Ukrainian goods. Starting March 1, a differentiated cashback calculation system will be in effect: the percentage of money returned directly depends on the impact of imports on specific categories of goods.”

New Cashback Calculation Rules

From now on, the amount of cashback is determined by the category of the product. The maximum refund amount is 15% and applies to those groups of products where Ukrainian manufacturers face the most significant competition from imports. This includes cosmetics, household chemicals, stationery, pet supplies, building materials, clothing, footwear, as well as hard and soft cheeses, certain types of cereals, and pasta products.

The base cashback rate is currently 5% and applies to categories where national brands already have strong positions. Such products include: sweets, juices, meat products, vegetables and fruits, canned goods, fish, snacks, sauces, and most dairy products (except for cheeses). You can find out which products are eligible for cashback and the amount through the barcode scanner in the “Diia” app.

Fuel Cashback and Use of Funds

Separately, the fuel compensation program continues to operate, which has already been joined by nearly 190 large and local gas station networks. The cashback amount here remains fixed depending on the type of fuel: 5% for autogas, 10% for gasoline, and 15% for diesel fuel.

Accumulated funds can only be used cashless; cash withdrawals are not provided. Allowed spending directions include:

  • payment for utilities and postal services;
  • purchase of Ukrainian products, medicines, and medical devices;
  • acquisition of books;
  • charitable contributions, including donations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Recently, the government also started funding the “Made in Ukraine” program for 2026, allocating about 37 billion hryvnias for its implementation.
