Financial Growth Dynamics and Corporate Segment
According to the company’s estimates, by the end of 2025, its annual revenue is expected to reach $9 billion, and the following year, it is projected to triple to $26 billion. In the baseline forecast, informed sources note, revenue is expected to double to $20 billion. This growth has been made possible by increased demand for Anthropic’s tools among corporate clients, particularly for the Claude models, which are widely used in the business environment.
“Sources familiar with the situation reported that the company’s baseline forecast anticipates a doubling of revenue to $20 billion. These expectations, according to analysts, reflect the high demand for Claude models and Anthropic tools used in the corporate environment.”
The company reported that its annual revenue is already approaching $7 billion, but it does not comment on further financial forecasts. Approximately 80% of all Anthropic’s revenue comes from corporate clients, and the total number of organizations using the startup’s products has exceeded 300,000. One of the key success factors has been the Claude Code tool, which generated nearly $1 billion in revenue within a year.
Investments, Product Innovations, and International Expansion
In response to increased competition from OpenAI, which recorded annual revenue exceeding $13 billion in August, Anthropic is expanding its range of AI products. The company has introduced the Haiku 4.5 model—the most affordable version of Claude, which costs nearly three times less than Sonnet 4. This move will help attract new clients seeking cost-effective artificial intelligence solutions.
Anthropic is actively developing its international direction: in 2026, the company plans to open an office in Bangalore, which will become its second most significant market after the United States. In August, the startup also offered the U.S. government access to Claude for a symbolic fee of $1. Additionally, Anthropic intends to triple the number of employees outside the U.S. and quintuple its applied AI team.
Following its latest investment round of $13 billion, the company has reached a valuation of $183 billion, more than double its previous valuation in March. Among Anthropic’s investors are technology giants such as Alphabet and Amazon.
It is worth noting that Anthropic recently announced a strategic partnership with IBM to expand its influence in the corporate artificial intelligence market.
